Yes. We provide tracking throughout the entire process via our online dashboard. You would also receive periodic emails at various milestones.
You can, but pre-alerting your packages is not mandatory.
Yes, once we have received your package(s) you will receive and email asking you to submit your invoice(s). We highly recommend that you upload your invoice(s) to ensure that Customs officials does not over estimate the value of your package(s) resulting in higher taxes being charged.
Yes, personal delivery is accepted at our Miami warehouse. It is advised that the person dropping off the package have valid identification.

Usually packages are processed and shipping from our Miami facility within 48-72 hours.
Delivery is usually done with 1 - 2 days after the packages has been cleared from Customs.
We deliver to most areas throughout T&T, but there are some areas [click here] that we have suspended our delivery service to due to possible safety risks to our staff members.
If your delivery address is on the suspended list, you can either contact member care to change your delivery address or pick up your package at the nearest convenient pickup location to you.
